🎁 Position: Fulfillment & Processing Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, joyful team member to help us bring joy to our customers by preparing and shipping their orders with care. Experience is appreciated but not required — we will train the right fit! 🎀📦

📦 Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Processing 🎀

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders with accuracy and care

• Print shipping labels and ensure timely dispatch

• Keep the warehouse and fulfillment room organized and beautiful

Inventory & Warehouse Management 💗

• Unpack, tag, and organize new arrivals

• Restock shelves and help maintain inventory flow

• Assist with inventory counts

Brand Upkeep & Cleaning ✨

• Break down boxes and manage packaging waste

• Sweep, tidy, sanitize, and help maintain a pretty, functional workspace

• Handle “the beautiful dirty work” that comes with a fast-growing brand 🎀📦

Team & Brand Support 💞

• Assist with photoshoots (setup, steaming, styling support, breakdown)

• Run errands locally in Center Moriches

• Work closely with the founder, Meghan Quilici 💗

• Help with brand trips, content days, and pop-up events

• Uphold the YDS standard of excellence, beauty, and kindness

🌸 Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment, shipping, warehouse tasks, or boutique retail is helpful but not required

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and proactive

• Able to lift packages and be on your feet

• Positive, humble, servant-hearted attitude 💕

• Willing to do hands-on tasks like breaking down boxes, cleaning, and maintaining the warehouse

• Available to help with photoshoots, errands, and events

• Comfortable working closely with the founder, Meghan Quilici 🎀

• Willing to join occasional brand trips and pop-up events
